Outdoor Yoga Shenley Walled Garden 6pm
A Hatha Vinyassa style class for all abilities. This class has lots of flow and movement as work work to bring our bodies and breathing into alignment through lots of different postures. Being outdoors in the private walled garden will enhance the feeling of being grounded and centred during your practice. This session is 45 minutes long.
The original and most traditional style of yoga. This class is 45 minutes. This is my favourite to teach and I love the fact the class can be tailored to the needs of the group and very creative. It involves Pranayama, Asana and Sivasana. A fun class on a Wednesday evening is good for those who want to build strong core and release tight muscles. The best part is this class takes place in the beautiful Rose Garden - you can smell the roses while you practice yoga - heaven! This session is 45 minutes long.
Back by popular demand this is an all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve your back and hips. This session is designed to bring mobility and flexability to this region. Perfect if you spend a lot of time with a stiff or achey hips and back. This session is included FREE for our DELUXE YOGA ON DEMAND MEMBERSHIP. This session is 1 hour long

8.00am Kettlebells for Yogis ONLINE
Back by popular demand is our Kettlebell Class for Yogis. This one hour session you will need your own kettlebell and a yoga mat. We will get our heart rates soaring with kettlebell swings, squats and fulll body lifts. This class is the perfect compliment to be sure and make you strong for your yoga practice. Spaces are limited and you need a happy healthy back and body to take part.

Join us in beautiful Cassiobury Park we meet on the patch of grass adjacent to the Cha Cha cafe (the one by the tennis courts) enjoy the sunshine and nature while you practice. This class is 1 hour long
