          Group Classes - One to One Yoga - Meditation

          Yoga has been practised all around the world for over 5,000 years. Yoga will bring a sense of strength, calm and wisdom to all who practice it. Yoga helps to reduce physical ailments, relieve stress and increase a sense of well being.

          I believe that practising yoga has made me a better person. I have become stronger both physically and mentally. Yoga has taught me that taking care of my mind and body helps me to reduce stress, have more energy and cultivates happiness.  I hope to pass on the gifts that yoga brings to all my students who attend my class and share in the joy of yoga. I have had the pleasure of completing my teacher training in UK, India and Thailand. My style is organic and I teach a creative class catering to the needs of the group with a mix of Hatha and Vinyassa .

           

          YOGA STUDENTS

          Are you New to Yoga? Or maybe you tried it before but found it boring? I encourage you to be brave and try a yoga class with me. There are different styles of yoga and each teacher also brings a different personality and delivery. My yoga is based in my love of body bio mechanics and fitness. I understand everyone is different and no two bodies are the same. I strive to deliver clear, energy based classes that are interesting for both new and experienced yogis alike!

          Recently we are all facing the challenges of a pandemic. It is at this juncture of our human existence that we need yoga more than ever. I have now launched sessions outdoors in parks (to keep everyone safe) and also a couple of online sessions via zoom (from the comfort of your own home).

           

          The cost of classes vary depending on location, however I always strive to offer a fair price that is competitive in the market place 

          One to One Yoga Sessions

          Your Personal Practice to Improve

          Sessions are tailored to your specific individual needs. Focusing on aliment, breath and posture in the comfort of your own home. The rate below is for up to 3 people at one time.

          Sessions are 1 hour long

           

          1 session = £55

          Block of 5 sessions = £250

          Block of 10 sessions - £450

          Myofacial Release Session

          Reduce Muscle Tightness

          with this 1-2-2 Session

          This 1 hour session will take you through all you need to know about Myofacia Release and how it can help your body. You will be guided through the techniques of foam rolling and yoga balls to release the body. This session will cover both education and practical components so you feel confident in how to foam roll. Release your body and feel better.

           

          1 Session = £40

          with foam roller and balls = £60

          Meditation & Pranayama Sessions

          Focus on Breathing & Meditation Techniques to help mental and physical well being

          Discover the power of meditation in the privacy of your own home environment. Learn a mix of Pranayama (yogic breathing) with meditation and contemplation techniques. Sessions are 40 minutes long. They will be tailored to your individual needs and ensure you gain the skill set to practice on your own.

           

          1 Session = £40

          Block of 5 sessions = £ 175

          Block of 10 sessions = £ 300

          Mondays - Private Group Watford/3 Rivers Council Staff

          12.30pm Breathing & Meditation

          PRIVATE SESSION FOR THE STAFF OF WATFORD & 3 RIVERS COUNCIL. This half hour class will take you through pranayama techiniques (yoga breathing) to help boost immunity, strengthen lungs and clear out negitive energy. In conjunction with this we will visit short easy meditation techniques to bring about a sense of balance, calm and well being. The last few minutes of this session involves a laying relaxing position (sivasanna) so you get time to unwind and deeply relax. This session is the perfect stepping stone to help manage stress, reduce anxiety and start you on the journey towards clarity.

          Online Hatha Yoga 6.30pm

          An all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability. New commers and experienced yogis alike are welcome to attend. The best part is you get to join from the comfort of your own home.

          12.30 pm Lunchtime Breathing and Meditation

          FULLERIANS RUGBY PRIVATE GROUP ONLINE

          PRIVATE YOGA SESSION FOR THE WOMENS RUGBY TEAM. This session will look at strengthening, injury prevention and increasing range of motion for improved performance on the pitch. You must be a member of the team to attend. ***If you are a member of a sports club which is currently on a break due to the pandemic and are looking for an alternative session please get in touch I have times available.

          Online Yoga for Back & Hips 7.00pm

          Back by popular demand this is an all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve your back and hips. This session is designed to bring mobility and flexability to this region. Perfect if you spend a lot of time with a stiff or achey hips and back.

          8.00am Kettlebells for Yogis ONLINE

          Back by popular demand is our Kettlebell Class for Yogis. This one hour session you will need your own kettlebell and a yoga mat. We will get our heart rates soaring with kettlebell swings, squats and fulll body lifts. This class is the perfect compliment to be sure and make you strong for your yoga practice. Spaces are limited and you need a happy healthy back and body to take part.
