Yoga has been practised all around the world for over 5,000 years. Yoga will bring a sense of strength, calm and wisdom to all who practice it. Yoga helps to reduce physical ailments, relieve stress and increase a sense of well being.
I believe that practising yoga has made me a better person. I have become stronger both physically and mentally. Yoga has taught me that taking care of my mind and body helps me to reduce stress, have more energy and cultivates happiness. I hope to pass on the gifts that yoga brings to all my students who attend my class and share in the joy of yoga. I have had the pleasure of completing my teacher training in UK, India and Thailand. My style is organic and I teach a creative class catering to the needs of the group with a mix of Hatha, Iyanger and Vinyassa.
I have had the privilidge of becoming a Level 2 Reiki Therapist and Energy Coach. I use the principals in my yoga training to help other clear the path of suffering and happiness into their daily lives. Please take a moment and consider if this might be a stepping stone towards your path of joy.
YOGA STUDENTS
Are you New to Yoga? Or maybe you tried it before but found it boring? I encourage you to be brave and try a yoga class with me. There are different styles of yoga and each teacher also brings a different personality and delivery. My yoga is based in my love of body bio mechanics and energy. I understand everyone is different and no two bodies are the same. I strive to deliver clear, energy based classes that are interesting for both new and experienced yogis alike!

Recently we are all facing the challenges of a pandemic. It is at this juncture of our human existence that we need yoga more than ever. I have now launched sessions outdoors in parks (to keep everyone safe) and also a couple of online sessions via zoom (from the comfort of your own home).
The cost of classes vary depending on location, however I always strive to offer a fair price that is competitive in the market place
One to One Yoga Sessions

Sessions are tailored to your specific individual needs. Focusing on aliment, breath and posture in the comfort of your own home. The rate below is for up to 3 people at one time.
Sessions are 1 hour long
1 session = £60

Myofacial Release Session
Reduce Muscle Tightness
with this 1-2-1 Session
This 1 hour session will take you through all you need to know about Myofacia Release and how it can help your body. You will be guided through the techniques of foam rolling and yoga balls to release the body. This session will cover both education and practical components so you feel confident in how to foam roll. Release your body and feel better.

Meditation & Pranayama Sessions
Focus on Breathing & Meditation Techniques to help mental and physical well being
Discover the power of meditation in the privacy of your own home environment. Learn a mix of Pranayama (yogic breathing) with meditation and contemplation techniques. Sessions are 40 minutes long. They will be tailored to your individual needs and ensure you gain the skill set to practice on your own.
1 Session = £40
Block of 5 sessions = £ 175
Block of 10 sessions = £ 300
Reiki Healing Sessions & Energy Coaching
Healing Sessions working on Emotions, Physical and Spiritual Energy
Reiki is a healing art which works in tune with Divine love and light to help you balance your emotional, physical and spiritual well being. The sessions will promote feelings of relaxation and deep meditation. Providing feelings of increased well being and happiness.

Indoor Hatha Yoga Borehamwood 6.30pm
An all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability. This session is for all levels. You must bring your own mat to the session and be dressed to practice yoga. Please bring a strap, belt, block or any other yoga props you may need. The class will take place at Allum Hall.
This class is 45 mins and will include a pranyama (yoga breathing) asana (yoga postures) and sivanssana (relaxation).

Outdoor Yoga Bushey - Rose Garden
Wednesday Evening Yoga is back on in the beautiful Rose Garden. An all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability. This session is for all levels. You must bring your own mat to the session and be dressed to practice yoga. Please bring a strap, belt, block or any other yoga props you may need.

Back by popular demand this is an all levels Hatha yoga session will take you though postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve your back and hips. This session is designed to bring mobility and flexability to this region. Perfect if you spend a lot of time with a stiff or achey hips and back. Thursday - PRIVATE Lunchtime Yoga for Hertsmere Borough Council Staff on ZOOM
40 minute Lunch Yoga 12pm - 12.40pm
Thursday lunchtime yoga to help relieve stiff muscles, let go of stress and bring about peace of mind. This yoga class is dedicated specifically for Hertsmere Council Staff and will be on offer for all levels. A function room will be set up at the office where it will be aired online - alternatively you can sign in from home. This class is just 40 minutes giving you enough time to practice your yoga and still have some lunch before you are back at work. Join me on this zoom session and give yourself time to revitalise on your lunch hour.
