Yoga has been practised all around the world for over 5,000 years. Yoga will bring a sense of strength, calm and wisdom to all who practice it. Yoga helps to reduce physical ailments, relieve stress and increase a sense of well being.
I believe that practising yoga has made me a better person. I have become stronger both physically and mentally. Yoga has taught me that taking care of my mind and body helps me to reduce stress, have more energy and cultivates happiness. I hope to pass on the gifts that yoga brings to all my students who attend my class and share in the joy of yoga. I have had the pleasure of completing my teacher training in UK, India and Thailand. My style is organic and I teach a creative class catering to the needs of the group with a mix of Hatha and Vinyassa .
