    Friday Night Mini Retreat

    This heart-centred evening has been carefully created as a gentle pause at the end of your week — a space to release stress, open your heart, and step into your weekend feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply nourished.

    Set within the peaceful surroundings of Cucumber Fields, this mini retreat is designed to guide you from doing… into simply being.

    ✨ What to Expect

    Your evening will unfold slowly and intentionally:

    💚 Soft Heart-Opening Yoga
    We begin with a gentle, flowing practice to release tension from the body and open the chest and heart space, allowing you to soften and let go of the week behind you.

    🌿 Breathwork & Guided Meditation
    You’ll be guided through calming breathwork and a heart-centred meditation to help you release emotional weight and reconnect with a sense of inner ease and clarity.

    🍱 Nourishing Bento Box
    Take time to pause, connect, and enjoy a beautifully prepared light meal — grounding your body and gently restoring your energy.

    🔔 Sound Bath, Reiki & Crystals
    We close the evening with a deeply immersive sound bath, where the vibrations of the gong and Tibetan bowls work to calm the nervous system and support emotional release.
    During this time, you will also receive group Reiki healing, with crystals placed around the space to amplify the energy of the heart chakra.
